Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using TARA'S LIMO & AIRPORT SERVICE INC transportation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all transportation services provided by TARA'S LIMO & AIRPORT SERVICE INC, including but not limited to airport transfers, wedding transportation, corporate events, and special occasion services.

Company Information & Registration

TARA'S LIMO & AIRPORT SERVICE INC is a Texas corporation established in 1998, operating under all applicable Texas state regulations including the Texas Transportation Code and Texas Secretary of State requirements. Our services are subject to Texas Department of Transportation oversight and regulations governing commercial transportation.

Transportation Services & Booking

TARA'S LIMO & AIRPORT SERVICE INC provides professional transportation services including limousines, limo buses, vans, SUVs, shuttle buses, coach buses, and wheelchair accessible vehicles. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and driver scheduling.

  • Reservations must be made in advance and are confirmed upon receipt of deposit
  • Service hours: Monday through Sunday, 5 AM to 12 AM
  • All vehicles are professionally maintained and operated by licensed chauffeurs
  • Gratuity of 20% is not included in published rates and is at customer discretion
  • Special requests for decorations or amenities should be made at time of booking

Pricing and Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Sedan rates to DFW and Love Field airports vary by destination
  • Stretch limousine rates are quoted based on specific pickup and destination
  • Hourly rates available for extended services — contact for details
  • Special vehicle rates (Hummer, Bus, SUV, Sprinter) available upon request
  • All rates subject to change based on demand and availability

Cancellation and Modification Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or modified subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • No-shows or cancellations day-of-service: Full payment may be required
  • Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Modifications to pickup time, location, or vehicle type subject to availability

SMS Communications & A2P Messaging

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from TARA'S LIMO & AIRPORT SERVICE INC for booking confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers. This constitutes express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

  • Message frequency: Up to 10 messages per month
  • Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier
  • To opt-out, reply STOP to any text message
  • To get help, reply HELP to any text message

Zero Tolerance Policy

TARA'S LIMO & AIRPORT SERVICE INC maintains a strict zero tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behavior. This includes but is not limited to excessive intoxication, illegal drug use, violence, harassment, or damage to vehicles. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Liability and Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured and operated by professional, licensed chauffeurs. TARA'S LIMO & AIRPORT SERVICE INC maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage as required by Texas law. However, passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage they cause to the vehicle. Liability is limited as permitted under Texas Transportation Code.

Service Areas

TARA'S LIMO & AIRPORT SERVICE INC serves the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex including Dallas, Plano, Irving, Las Colinas, Richardson, Arlington, and both DFW and Love Field airports. We also offer worldwide transportation through our Global Affiliate Network. Service capacity ranges from 1 to 56 passengers depending on vehicle selection.

Texas Consumer Protection & Dispute Resolution

As a Texas consumer, you have rights under Texas consumer protection laws. Any disputes shall be resolved under Texas state law. For alternative dispute resolution or mediation, parties may utilize Texas-based mediation services before pursuing litigation in Texas courts with proper jurisdiction.
